New Year – Old Message

A belated Happy New Year from me here at MH HQ. I hope you all had a good Christmas?

I spent part of my break going through the Reaper DHL and Warlord listings in the shop and re-formatting quite a few of them. Added a few key words to the listings too, so for example if you type in fighter, more fighter types will appear in the search. Wizard for more wizards etc. I’ve also put the faction in the Warlord listings. Again type in reven and all the reven faction miniatures will be displayed.

I’ve also been getting lots of messages from people asking about getting items that aren’t in stock. So I thought it might be helpful to re-state what MH is about.

Miniature-Heroes is basically a pre-order centre for the more hard to get in the UK miniatures. If it’s not in stock I can order it in for you. Just order in the normal way and I do the rest.

Currently I have 5900 active listings in the shop. Now I’m only a one man band and I don’t have a huge warehouse so stocking everything is not going to happen any time soon. I do try and hold the popular items, but when the Reaper Dark Heaven Legends' range has over 1600 items in it alone, its difficult.

I’m not a limited company, I’m a sole trader. This means I can’t just close the company and disappear with your pre-order cash, like some have in the past. I’m liable for everything so your order is safe. It’ll either be completed or if I can’t, refunded in full. I’ve been trading since 2008 which means I’m now just entering my seventh year, and third in the new shop.

Bottom line is if it’s not in stock I will do my best to get it for you. Estimated waiting times are below.
